Description
Bell County seeks Statements of Qualifications for Construction Manager-At-Risk (“CMAR”) Services from qualified firms to manage the construction of the project. This project consists of selective demolition, renovation and new construction, including site utilities, paved parking and access drives to accommodate the proposed expansion to the existing Bell County Loop Jail, in Belton, Texas. Demolition and renovation of existing interior spaces total approximately 19,000 square feet, and new construction consists of 188,000 square feet, totaling approximately 207,000 square feet of constructed space. The successful CMR firm will contract directly with the County and will work cooperatively with the County and the Design Professionals to successfully complete the full scope of the Project within the project budget and on schedule. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
