Description
The Town of Vienna is accepting bids for the construction of the Proposed Freeman Store
Pedestrian Bridge Connector to the Washington and Old Dominion (W&OD) Regional Trail project located at 131 Church Street NE. The scope of this project is to provide general contraction services that include, but are not limited to, establishing a trail detour, erosion and sediment controls, partial existing structure demolition, concrete and timber bridge substructures, steel and timber bridge superstructures, trail pavement reconstruction, pavement markings and signage, and minor modifications to the historic Freeman Store and Museum building for bridge structure attachment. All Work under this Contract shall be completed in 180 calendar days from the date of NTP. Q&A due 3 days prior to bid. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
