Description
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is published by the Cooperative Council of Governments (“CCOG”) for the purpose of creating a Set Aside Job Order Contracting ("JOC") Program (the “Program) that will be available to current and future members of Equalis Group (the “Members”) in Ohio. Whereas Set Aside refers to opportunities that are set aside for Disadvantage Business Enterprises (“DBE”).
JOC is a competitively solicited indefinite quantity construction contract awarded to bidders to accomplish the repair, alteration, modernization, and rehabilitation of infrastructure buildings, structures, or other real property. The contract term is one year with three bilateral option terms.
