Description
Construct two new fully enclosed facilities for the collection and disposal of solid and liquid waste at San Diego International Airport. The new facilities will be located along N Harbor Drive at the east end of the airport in the area currently being used for Rental Car Center (RCC) shuttle bus storage. Site work applicable to the overall Project includes, but is not limited to: pavement and utility demolition; earthwork; storm drainage piping and infiltration beds; water, sewer, communications, and electrical underground utilities; security fencing with intrusion detection systems; asphalt paving; pavement marking, bollards; lighting; and all other Work required by the Contract Documents. Construct a new fully enclosed facility for the disposal of aircraft lavatory waste and the washing of Authority vehicles. Construct a new fully enclosed facility for the collection and transfer/disposal of various types of solid waste materials generated by operation of the airport. Questions are due in writing by May 20th @ 5"00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
