Description
M-NCPPC is soliciting proposals from qualified building maintenance contractors for
building maintenance services at the new 14-story Wheaton Headquarters located at 2425
Reedie Drive, Wheaton, Maryland 20902. The Contractor shall provide all the management, supervision, personnel, materials, repair parts, tools, transportation, engineering support, and equipment necessary for the effective and timely accomplishment of the required services. Q&A due by 4pm, 05/26/2021. MFD goal 10%. Montgomery Co. Wages apply.
