RFQ Construction Management At Risk (CMAR) SERVICES - Palmetto HS-partial replacement project Manatee Co, FL

The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for complete Architectural and Engineering Services for Palmetto High School – Partial Replacement Project at the existing campus. The scope consists of replacing low lying buildings on the site including but not limited to classroom building 6, 7, 8, 9, possibly part or all of the cafeteria / building 5. A Castaldi Analysis for each of these buildings is required before project scope can be finalized. The district intent is to construct a new two-story building with a compact footprint on the current site. Additional needs of the project could include the baseball Press box and restrooms, tennis court remediation, IT fiber loop, painting needed areas, resealing and restriping the parking lots, and slight renovations to the admin building. The applicant must be certified to perform work in the State of Florida at the time of application. Further, if a corporation, the applicant must be registered by the Department of State, Division of Corporations, to operate in the State of Florida at the time of the application.
