Description
For the provision of construction services for 1425 N. Quincy St. – building renovation and storage for Arlington county emergency vehicles. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Existing building upgrades indicated with the Contract Documents. 2. Construction of two new vehicle access ramps and overhead doors allowing access and storage of miscellaneous county vehicles. 3. Interior renovation to meet ADA compliance and life safety. Bonds may be required.
