Description
The McAdam Park Restroom and Sewer Upgrade project will include the addition of a prefabricated modular restroom, ADA path of travel and parking upgrades, and sewer main reconstruction. The existing restroom structure will be gutted, cleaned, and repurposed for storage for City Maintenance. The sewer lateral connection will be reconfigured and 280’ of the sewer main will be reconstructed to increase the slope to the existing restrooms, and the sewer line will be extended to the new restrooms. A new modular restroom building will be brought onto site on a truck and lifted into place by a crane. 210 days. for completion. Q&A due by 05/10/21 at 5PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
