Description
The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction and applicable regulations, and includes construction of a new 2-story classroom building with related site demolition and improvements, including but not limited to the following: Fully , Utilities New parking area located on the adjacent city park. Improvement to existing parking area. Replacement of existing paving and concrete throughout the site. Outdoor learning area. Site fencing, other site work (signage, striping, etc.) including coordination with shade structure and play equipment contractors. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. DVBE goals. Q&A due by 06/10/21 at 9 AM.
