The District is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide review constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the Kathy Binks Elementary School Modernization and New Construction Project.Phase I (Modernization) (New Construction) Conversion of two standard classrooms into one (1) kindergarten classroom, workroom, RSP room and restrooms, Expansion of resource room into standard kindergarten classroom (modernization) Phase II, Addition of five classrooms and restrooms for future growth, Relocation of play structure (new construction) New Shade Structure, Site Work.
