The Work may consist of all or part of the following: notifying One Call; contacting utilities; obtaining permits; bypass pumping; planning, setting and removal of barricades; removal and replacement of asphalt; excavation; compacting backfill; surface restoration; repair of wastewater collection and/or treatment facilities; repair of potable and non-potable water lines; or any other work related to any Owner facilities or property. Work will start at times and locations directed by the Owner. Contractor has a one (1) hour response time unless otherwise directed by the District. Work may be required any time of the day and any day of the year. Work shall start within two (2) hours of receiving direction from the Owner and continue until complete unless otherwise directed by the Owner. Bonds required and prevailing wages.
