The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to develop affordable mixed-income rental housing on a 9.45-acre parcel at the northwest corner of N. Decatur Blvd. and W. Rome Blvd., in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bonds required and prevailing wages. Questions to be submitted no later than 05/30/2021 by 05:30PM.
