Design-Build BCC Facilities & Restroom Improvements, Longmont, CO

The scope of the project includes the following: modifications to the existing Building A reception counter to provide a second exit; renovate public restroom groups C-1700 for upgraded finishes and ADA accessibility; renovate public restroom groups C-1000 for upgraded finishes and ADA accessibility; renovate public ladies restroom at Student Center with upgraded finishes and ADA accessibility; renovate public unisex restroom at Student Center with upgraded finishes and ADA accessibility; renovate public restroom groups C-1200 for upgraded finishes and ADA accessibility; construct EMS Simulation Lab in Classroom 1256; paint Building C Hallways; paint Building C classrooms; paint Building A offices; a modification to the existing administration area offices; and other campus renovations associated with these scopes of services that can be accommodated within the project budget. Renovations to the restrooms will include new floor and wall tile, new toilet partitions, new light fixtures, new counters, new faucets, new mirrors, new paint, new toilets, new urinals, replacement of exhaust fans and modification/relocation of the plumbing systems and existing walls for full compliance with ADA accessibility guidelines. This could include the removal or relocation or adjustment of existing toilets urinals, and lavatories. Bond capabilities of $500K or greater. Prevailing wages apply.
