Description
The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified firms or individuals capable of providing a financial, management and operational solution for Bobby Jones Golf Club based on the option provided in this solicitation. Proposers are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire ITN. Through this ITN, the City of Sarasota is seeking proposals on the feasibility and desirability of entering a lease agreement with a golf course operator/contractor that will address operational, financial, and policy challenges. Proposals are to be for golf course renovations and/or operation services including grounds management, marketing/promotions, food and beverage service, clubhouse and golf shop management, and customer service.
