Description
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking the services from an experienced building inspection firm or individual to provide HUD – Real Estate Assessment Center ( REAC) inspections for multifamily properties in our HUD-REAC Inspection Program portfolio. There are currently 53 multifamily risk share properties, which could be assigned, in an ongoing, as-needed basis. Bidders must provide bids based on the cost per inspection for each HUD-REAC Protocol inspection they perform for DHCD. The selected bidder will be responsible for performing the requested inspections This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Q&A due by 5pm, 06/03/2021. Bonds may be required. Living wages apply.
