Description
Construction of BMP on Brick Church Road for Newport News Waterworks (NNWW). The BMP will be a Level II pond along the Poquoson River Tributary and Harwood’s Mill Reservoir. The work generally includes, but is not limited to site clearing, BMP landscaping construction of three cells pond with a pre-treatment forebay and wetlands with all upstream drainage un-disturbed. Q&A due by 1pm, 05/21/2021. Bonds required.
