Description
The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: the expansion and remodeling of the Public Defender’s Office. Necessary improvements include the creation of several new hard walled offices, the modification of interior space, remodeling of the existing restrooms, the removal of all restaurant equipment, upgrade and modify HVAC, roof repairs, plumbing, modification of fire suppression system (sprinklers), electrical, and lighting (the “Project”). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
