Description
It is the intent of the School Board to select a qualified respondent in accordance with the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) F.S. 287.055 and enter into a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract for pre-construction and construction services at the Aurelia Cole K8 Academy located at 301 East Ave, Clermont, FL. The project will consist of new construction of new three-story 143,372 SF building and a 17,400 SF gym. The building will include classrooms, computer labs, engineering labs, office and administrative suites. The work will also include an approximately 8,875 SF renovation of auditorium.
