Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, material, and supervision to prepare the site at Alameda Point for the construction of an Outpatient Clinic (OPC), and Conservation Management Office. The work is to prepare the site at Alameda for the construction of these elements along with access roads, parking, landscape and hardscape. This includes, but is not limited to, demolition work and hazardous material abatement, concrete and asphalt removal within the footprint of the developed site, site raise and surcharge for the developed site, geotechnical mitigation for the developed site, , access to the
site and cemetery access road, and parking to support the Columbarium.
