Description
The intent of this bid is to enter into a construction contract for the Renovation of Four Football Press Boxes at Village Park. The contractor shall provide all labor, expertise, permits, licenses, insurance, materials, equipment and tools to complete the work in accordance with the approved contract documents and provide for a complete project. The contractor will also be required to apply for all necessary buildings permit through the Village of Wellington Building Department prior to commencement of construction. Wellington will pay for all Wellington issued permits.
