Description
Construct new headquarters facility with pedestrian access from parking area (by TxDOT). Construct new utilities to the headquarters building including water, wastewater, and electrical utility extensions and upgrades. Final roadways and parking by TxDOT under separate timeline. All work shall be completed within four hundred fifty (450) calendar days. Bonds required Prevailing wages apply. HSP required.
