Description
This project 21-258 “New Pedestrian Trails and Parking Improvements for The Grove at Harford" will be to furnish all materials and labor, equipment, tools, supervision and other facilities and services, as required for the construction a new set of trails and extension of the existing parking lot at The Grove in Street, Maryland. Scope will include but is not limited to sitework, grading, tree removal, stone trail placement, asphalt pavement, two aluminum pedestrian bridges with concrete abutments, a new pavilion structure with concrete slab, stormwater management facilities, erosion and sediment controls. Q&A by 4pm, 05/27/2021. Bonds required. Prequalification required.
