Description
The City of Coral Gables Public Works Department is requesting a Florida State Licensed General
Contractor to perform the beautification for Maggiore Park located at 5028 Maggiore Street, Coral Gables.
The scope includes: • Clearing of the existing vacant lot for the preparation of the park construction.
• Removal and disposal of the materials from the site clearing. • New concrete walkways. • Irrigation. • Landscaping. • Lighting. • Playground installation. • Poured rubber surfacing. • Grading. • Asphalt parking spots. • Silva cells and structural soil installation. • Perimeter fence. • Asian inspired gate features. • Park furniture. • Signage. • Oolite columns. • Stone benches.
