A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include an addition to the existing dining room, constructed under the existing adjacent canopy located east of the existing dining room. Exterior walls will be masonry, matching the existing masonry exterior wall pattern, color and finish. Interior finishes will tie to existing dining room finishes. Work will include demolition of existing exterior patio slab, new floor slab, non-bearing metal framed exterior walls, a new door, windows and wall finishes. A new tile floor and suspended ceiling will match existing adjacent dining room finishes. New power, lighting, and a new mechanical system tied to the existing dining room HVAC system will be included in the scope of work.
