Description

The City of Hampton is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide landscape and turf maintenance services on an as needed basis for City Hall Complex, Downtown Hampton, Downtown Phoebus, and Freeman Drive. It is the intent of the City of Hampton to maintain, turf/grass, and landscape areas for the above-mentioned areas to include all paved and turfed areas, such as walkways and sidewalks, parking lots, drop inlets, curbs and curb lines, medians, trees, guardrails, utility signs and other landscape areas as outlined on the aerial maps provided. Q&A due by 4pm, 05/25/21. MBE goal 3.68%. Bonds may be required.
