Description
The project generally consists of interior renovations and improvements to the existing Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), including installation of new and relocated air traffic control equipment, new tower cab consoles, updated finishes and fixtures, and interior space modifications as specified. The project also includes installation of a backup weather sensor and connection to the ATCT through airport fiber optic network, replacement of rooftop HVAC units, lighting protection upgrades, and other associated work items, and shall include incidentals and all necessary items to complete the work as detailed in the contract documents. Contract time will be one hundred thirty-four (134) consecutive calendar days from the receipt of Notice-to-Proceed to Project Completion. Goals for minority participation for each trade: 17.1%
Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9%
