Description
Contractor shall furnish all materials and perform all of the work described in the Specifications and Plans. The work shall include, but is not limited, to performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all material, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of the golf course and related site work, and the carrying out of all duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Agreement. Because this is a specialized type of construction requiring unique experience and equipment, only Bidders having prior experience on golf course construction projects will be considered.
