St. Augustine Live Oak Water Main Replacement Project Phase II Temple Terrace, FL

The Base Bid project includes the installation of approximately 3,400 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC water main, 500 linear feet of 6-inch DIP water main, fittings, gate valves, fire hydrants, other appurtenances, abandonment and/or removal of approximately 3,600 linear feet of old 4- inch and 6-inch water mains and project restoration of sod, curbs, pavement, and sidewalk. There are 2 exploratory excavations in the work area to be performed as part of the project work. Additionally, 35 new potable water services and 35 irrigation services are to be relocated and installed on private property to connect the residential customers to the new water mains located in the front of the lots in the public rights-of-way. A-8 There is an Additional Alternate to include additional work on St. Augustine Avenue. This work is for the installation of approximately 770 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC pipe, fittings, gate valves, fire hydrant, other appurtenances and project restoration of sod, curbs, pavement, and sidewalk. This additional work also includes 13 new potable water services and 13 irrigation services to be relocated and installed on private property to connect the residential customers to the new water mains located in the front of the lots in the public rights-of-way.
