Description
This project is for the maintenance and preservation of landscape assets in Montgomery County (District 3), following the substantial completion of various roadway improvement projects in District 3. This work will also include miscellaneous landscape and vegetation management crew day work, vegetation management, constructing planting beds, and turfgrass, turfgrass sod, and meadow establishment associated with site preparation and same day stabilization. All landscape sites are within MDOT State Highway Administration’s rights-of-way or located on MD Department of Natural Resources property under a separate agreement with the parent contract. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business Vendors. MBE documentation required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
