Description
Quail Creek Improvements will include but not be limited to: creating an additional 30 to 50 pull-through campsites that are level for easy RV setup. The creation of a 5 to 6-person shower / restroom facility for campground use. The creation of 4 to 5 future cabin sites that will include a concrete pad and studded for power. The creation of 3 to 4 campsites for the Campground Hosts. The Host sites will include amenities such as power, water, and sewer hookups. A campground dump station near the exit of the new campground will also need to be created. The campground improvements will need to include stubbed power, water, and sewer to the south end of the campground for the future development of a Quail Creek restaurant. Bonds required.
