Description
Gunlock Improvements will include but not be limited to: the planning and development of a new roadway that will access to the other side of Gunlock Lake and the State Park. This new roadway will cross BLM Property including the Santa Clara River. As part of the Improvement Project, the A/E Firm will also need to design a new Day Use Area which will include two CXT vault toilets, several primitive camp sites, and parking areas. The newly developed roadway will lead from the new Day Use Area to the existing primitive campsites that are currently only accessible to boaters and hikers. The A/E Firm will need to work with the Agency to provide a new location for their Iron Ranger (Fee Station) at the new Day Use Area. The selected A/E firm will be responsible for completing the NEPA needed for the roadway, access, and river crossing. Bonds required
