The Work will consist of:The Project consists of two new shade structures and six free standing columns at the existing patio area south of the library to replace an existing cable canopy structure attached to the building.Scope includes new shade structures, new freestanding columns, landscaping and irrigation, ventilation fans, and lighting The Project is located at 350 W. Sixth Street, Gilroy, CA as shown on documents prepared by Brad Cox Architect, Inc.,Site demolition work, A 12’ x 20’ Construction Staging Area will be reserved for the project which will be located in the parking lot east of the Library.Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A Due by 06/2/21 at 3PM.
