Description
Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to replace a portion of the roof on the Leon County Sheriff's Office Detention Center- North Wing. This work includes replacing approximately 18,245 SF of roofing to include possible selective demolition and replacement of structural steel deck and roof insulation, installation of new cover board and PVC roofing, flashing and roof appurtenances. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
