Description

VSU is currently seeking to prequalify contractors to receive as many fully qualified Offerors as possible to bid on the proposed Selected Historic Buildings work. Contractors SHALL have experience in historic renovation. This prequalification is for contractors to perform historic repairs, replacements, and renovations to Buildings on campus that are at least 50 years. These buildings require treatment in accordance with the Department of Historic Resources (DHR) guidance and the University’s Heritage preservation plan. It is the intent of the university to begin work on these projects by July 1, 2021 with a schedule of 60-360 days dependent on material lead time. Q&A due by 06/02/21. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required.
