Description
The project is Removal and Replacement of all horizontal roofing surfaces including: the existing Tower Roof, Penthouse Level Roof, Level 6 Roof, and Level 4 Roofs removed to the roof deck with new fully adhered fleece backed KEE-PVC Membrane roofs installed over rigid insulation sloped ¼” per foot to drain. Total square footage of roofs is approximately 35,000SF. The building is a 12-story high rise including mechanical penthouse. Additional work under this qualification include modification to the Cooling Tower Access, updating of exterior lighting system, and updates to the fall protection system. Anticipated Construction Start Date: October 1, 2021, duration: 180 days. Q&A due by 05/26/21. SBE GFE required. Bonds required.
