Description
The City of Reading is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms
for a project and construction manager to include active inspections and bid assistance for four (4)
Firehouse Renovation Projects each with varying degrees of difficulties, equipment and fit out
specifications all unique to each Fire house. The Reading Fire Department’s Firehouse Renovation
Project will occur in the city-owned property located at: McKnight and Spring, 3rd and Court, 8th and
Court and Plum & Franklin. Insurance required. Requests for clarification are due Monday, June 7, 2021 3:00:00 PM
