Christopher Newport University (CNU) solicits unsealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified firm to furnish all tools, materials, supplies, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to provide Athletic Field and Grounds Maintenance and Repair Services for Christopher Newport University (CNU), an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
