Description
Fauquier County Government and Public Schools is accepting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the Cedar Lee Middle School Expansion and Renovation Project. The project includes but is not limited to: An increase to the gymnasium/PE area and cafeteria; Additional parking and a redesign of the bus loop; Expansion of the main office; Upgrade of existing HVAC systems; The academic addition which includes 12 to 14 classrooms; and Adequate custodial/utility and teacher and support areas. Q&A due 3 days prior to bid. Bonds required.
