Description
The contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Contractors shall visit the site to become familiar with the existing site conditions and restrictions. Failure to visit the site shall in no way relieve contractor of any obligation with respect to this RFB or to the contractual agreement. Insurance Required.
