Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 238290 The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) is seeking an elevator contractor to modernize one (1) existing Simplex operation, geared traction passenger elevator located at the J. Marvin (JM) Jones Federal Building, Amarillo, Texas. Work consists of, but is not limited to, the modernization of one (1) Simplex operation, geared traction passenger elevator. Provide new: AC motor, solid state microprocessor controls, cab, doors, door operators and all associated work to provide one (1) complete new passenger elevator. 365 days and includes 45 calendar days for required security clearances, pre-work submittals, and material ordering. Actual construction POP is 320 calendar days.
