Description
The work includes, construction of a new roughly 46,600 SF, two story aquatic center. Project consists of Level 2 spectator seating for 972 persons (including accessible seating), a 50-meter Olympic sized competition swimming pool, strength training room, a wet classroom, locker/shower rooms, offices, concessions, and associated pool equipment, mechanical, and electrical rooms. Site work consists of concrete retaining walls, an asphalt-paved 155-space parking lot, associated landscape areas, and other work indicated in the contract documents. Bonds required and prevailing wages.
