Description
The Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) is seeking to engage multiple contractors to furnish, labor, materials and equipment for Emergency Repairs to Utilities at Various State Secured Facilities in the North, Central and South Regions located within the State of New Jersey. It is the State’s intent to procure at least three (3) contractors per region; one primary and at least two back-up contractors for a base contract period of three (3) years.
