Description

The Work Consists Of Furnishing All Material, Labor, And Equipment Necessary For Constructing Archway-Gateway Painting. All Work Is To Be Done In Accordance To The Plans And Specifications Of Project No. 18318. The Contractor Shall Not Subcontract More Than 50% Of The Work Based On The Total Contract Price. The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide A List Of Subcontractors And The Value Of Each Subcontractor’S Portion Of The Work. The Successful Bidder Must Be Able To Show A Past History Of Successfully Completed Refinishing Existing Structural Steel Projects That Are Compliant With The Applicable Permits And Standards. At A Minimum, A Basic Painter’s License Issued By Brevard County Is Required. Any Higher-Level State License That Allows For Painting Is Also Permitted. The Successful Bidder (Or Subcontractor) Shall Possess An Electrical License To Remove And Reinstall The Lighted Sign. Bid Bond 5%
