Description
The County of San Diego (County) is requesting proposals (Proposal) from firms qualified to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the preconstruction and construction phases of the Health Services Complex Electrical Upgrades located at 3851 Rosecrans St, San Diego, Ca. If the County and the CMAR do not agree upon a GMP, the County will not exercise its option for the construction phase of the Project to the CMAR.
