Continuing Contract for Miscellaneous Concrete Flat Work Temple Terrace, FL

The City desires to contract with a pool of vendors to perform concrete flat work services throughout the City of Temple Terrace. This work will generally consist of providing concrete services to the City for projects on an as-needed basis. Work may consist of installation of sidewalk, curbing, and driveway aprons, in various quantities and at various locations throughout the City. All work performed to follow Federal, State, Local, OSHA and department mandated regulations and specifications for associated work. Successful bidders will be appointed for a period of two (2) years with the option of a up to three (3) additional one (1) year extensions. Work orders will be issued periodically by the City, and the successful bidder is required to begin work no later than two (2) weeks after the issuance of the work order and work continuously to completion.
