Description
Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit a Bid to furnish all labor and materials to rehabilitate two (2) single-family homes for its Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program. This is a Federally Funded Project under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The scope of work shall be provided to potential Bidders at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting (see timeline for date). All prices shall include all labor, supervision, materials, Insurance, equipment and services necessary to do a workman like job. No Contractor or subcontractor may participate in this work if ineligible to receive Federal or State funded contracts. Question End Date 6/8/2021 4:00 PM
