Job Order Contract (JOC) No 300 Flooring Contractor, San Diego Co., CA

The County of San Diego is seeking bids from flooring firms/ individuals for a Job Order Contract, a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract (JOC), It includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks and specifications that have established Unit Prices. It is placed with a contractor for the accomplishment of repair, remodeling (including but not limited to alteration, modernization, maintenance or rehabilitation), or other repetitive work on buildings, structures, or other real property at different locations throughout the County, as authorized by Public Contract Code section 20128.5. Ordering is accomplished by means of issuance of a Job Order against the Contract. If the need arises, the County reserves the right to require the Successful Bidder to work at any location or facility under the jurisdiction of the County. The County is requiring that all Successful Bidders be able to report to the County Operations Center, 5560 Overland Ave, San Diego, CA 92123 within one (1) hour of notification. Questions due by June 10th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
