Description
The intent of this solicitation is to establish Agreements with one (1) or more successful Bidder(s) to provide plumbing services for the County on a continuing, as needed basis. When requested by the County, the contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, utilities, and materials necessary to provide plumbing contracting services at multiple County facilities. These services shall include, but not be limited to, routine and urgent small to medium repairs, replacements and/or new equipment installation, and plumbing service applications related to septic systems up to the established threshold identified in Chapter 64E-6 of the Florida Administrative Code as enforced by the Florida Department of Health. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
