Roadway Improvements-Henry Brown Blvd Phase 2. Berkeley County, SC

The project includes roadway improvements of approximately 4.0 miles on Phase 2 of Henry E. Brown Jr. Boulevard, Montague Plantation Road, Old Mount Holly Road, and US-52 in Berkeley County, SC. The project scope includes widening the two lane section to a three lane section, with raised landscaped medians, painted medians, and dedicated left turn lanes at key intersections between Liberty Hall Road and US-52, major intersection improvements at US-52/Old Mount Holly/Montague Plantation Road to include widening the at-grade CSX railroad crossing, and a new multiuse path along the entire length of the project. This project also includes water relocations of approximately 5500 LF of waterline and sewer relocations include a new pump station access and air release valve.
