HVAC Maintenance. Darlington County, SC

To provide maintenances for all HVAC for Darlington County buildings. The contract period will be for one year with the option of four additional one year annual renewals. Darlington County has eleven (11) buildings that will need HVAC maintenances services. The air unites are different brands such as but not limited to Bar Units, Trane, Radco, Unitary Products, GE, Piston, Carrier, AHRI, and Puron. Units are located either on top of the buildings, or outside. We also have several walk in coolers at different locations that would need to be serviced regularly. The vendor must provide adequate personnel, equipment and supplies to provide maintenance services once a month for each of the locations. The vendor will need to provide a minimum of 24 hour response time and a preferred customer contact for all calls for any of the Darlington County facilities. Twice a year, perform an overall maintenance to include but not limited to washing coils, oiling the motor, checking amp draw and pressures. checking refrigerant and inspect/ repair parts. Provide an inventory list of HVAC units and air filters specifications. Darlington County will purchase all filters upon receipt of list. Any items needed to fix a unit, will be purchased via the procurement office of Darlington County. Insurance Required.
